About delivery and shipping charges ■ About the timing of product shipment We will ship within 5 days of your order.
If the item is out of stock, we will contact you by email or phone, and the item will be shipped after receiving your approval for the delivery date.
However, please note that due to the large number of orders received after consecutive holidays, weekends, and public holidays, product shipment may be delayed.
*If you would like to have your item packaged and wrapped, it will take longer than normal shipping. Thank you for your order.
■ About bundling Only orders placed after 7:00 a.m. and orders placed before 7:00 a.m. the next day can be combined.
After that, due to the system, we cannot combine items, so you will be charged shipping charges.
Also, we may not be able to bundle items during busy periods, such as after holidays. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding cancellations and returns (refunds and exchanges)

Regarding returns (non-exchangeable)
