■About delivery method

The delivery method will be the method specified by our store, and as a general rule, customers cannot choose the delivery method.
As a general rule, we do not accept date or time specifications.

■About delivery days

【Domestic】
Basically, it will arrive within 2-3 days after delivery.
(It may take 3 to 4 days depending on usage.)

【abroad】
China/Hong Kong/South Korea/Taiwan → 4-7 days after shipping
America → 6-12 days later (*8-14 days for food)
Canada → 7-16 days later
Please note that this does not apply in areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held. Thank you for your understanding.

■About damage during shipping, etc.

When packing, we take great care to prevent scratches or dents on the outer box before shipping, but after handing over to the delivery company, there is a possibility that damage may occur during transportation or due to the delivery company's responsibility. There are genders.
