Developed in collaboration between food designer Ai Horikawa and Kyoto confectioner Wataru Kanaya, this is Osekkai's original amber sugar.

SORA AI / Soraai: The state of the sky. Sky pattern. Course of events.

The changing sky patterns depending on the time of day are expressed using "amber sugar," a traditional Japanese confection made from sugar and agar.

5:00: Dawn, the sky gently lightens
9:00: Early morning, soft clouds float in the clear blue sky
18:00: Dusk, the sun sets and slowly melts into darkness
23:00: Midnight, stars twinkle in the night sky with the Milky Way(or deep blue sky)

The beautiful colors unique to each product are extracted from natural ingredients without using artificial coloring. Each also has distinct flavors.

The outer part is crispy, while the inside is soft like agar jelly, offering a delightful texture contrast in this confectionery.

The simple yet warm packaging is designed to evoke the scene of looking up at the sky through a window from indoors.

With four different room and sky colors, collecting them is also enjoyable.
It is also recommended as a gift for loved ones.

*Please note: Amber sugar is a traditional Japanese confection with a crispy outer layer and a jelly-like inner texture. By making the crystal part around it as thin as possible, it achieves a lighter and more delicate mouthfeel. However, due to its nature, it may crack during the delivery process despite our best efforts to prevent it.

We hope you can enjoy the fleeting beauty of cracked amber sugar as part of its charm.
