Amber Sugar SORA AI / 23:00 ※Limited stock (※Delivery every Thursday and Friday)
Osekkai's original amber sugar developed in collaboration with food designer Ai Horikawa and Kyoto confectionery craftsman Wataru Kanaya.
SORA AI / Sky Love: The state of the sky. Weather conditions. The course of events.
We have expressed the changing sky according to the time of day with "Kohakutou," a traditional Japanese confection made from sugar and agar.
5:00: Dawn, the gentle lightening of the sky
9:00: Early morning, soft clouds floating in the clear blue sky
18:00: Dusk, the sun sets and slowly melts into the darkness.
23:00: In the middle of the night, the stars twinkle in the night sky with the Milky Way stretching across it (or in a deep indigo sky).
The beautiful colors that vary by product are extracted from natural materials without using artificial coloring agents. Of course, each flavor also has its own distinct characteristics.
The outside is crispy, while the inside is soft like agar jelly, making it a fun treat with a delightful texture contrast.
The simple yet warm package evokes the scene of looking up at the sky through a window from indoors.
Four different types of rooms in sky blue, adding to the fun of collecting.
It is also recommended as a gift for someone special.
*Important Notice
Amber sugar is a traditional Japanese confectionery characterized by a crispy exterior and a chewy, jelly-like interior.
By making the surrounding crystal parts as thin as possible, it results in a lighter and more delicate texture.
Therefore, it is very fragile, and we will take maximum precautions to send it to you.Due to the nature of the product, it may inevitably crack during the delivery process.
We hope you can enjoy the fleeting nature itself as one of the charms of amber sugar.
